warehouse in the southeast to support
its growing distributor base. To
ensure their success in this highly
competitive industry, they require
same-day turnaround of mixed pallet
orders consisting of up to 100 different
sku's. Making matters more
complicated, each distributor has their
specific guidelines for order
preparation and shipment.
a2b provides an online
portal directly into our robust
Warehouse Management System for the
client to log their orders, including
all distributor-specific requirements.
Because the system is real-time, a2b
personnel can react quickly to process
the order. All items are scanned
for accuracy, pallet loads are built to
spec, and the orders are shipped via LTL
carrier, managed completely in-house by
a2b. All shipment information is
available to our client in real-time via
the online portal. |
