Meet our Customer Care Contact Center Assistant Manager, Nicohle!
Nicohle has played a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for our clients’ customers since joining a2b Fulfillment in 2011. As an assistant manager within the customer care division of our fulfillment center in Greensboro, Ga., she works directly with the on-boarding of new clients and serves as a mentor for her fellow call center agents. Learn a little bit about Nicohle and her life away from the customer service realm of a2b Fulfillment.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I am a mother of 3 and fluent in Spanish. My family and I all lived in Cuernavaca, Morelos for 4 years. It is south of Mexico City and is nicknamed the “City of Eternal Spring”.
What do you love most about your job?
I love not knowing what’s in store for me from day to day. There’s always an opportunity to improve relationships with customers. Plus, I love everyone I work with. We are all part of the a2b team and it becomes a part of who you are.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
Movies! We really enjoy our family movie nights. It’s great to sit back, enjoy popcorn and put everything on hold for 2 hours.
